If, for any reason, we anticipate a delay, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.For faster shipping times, we also offer two expedited delivery options, 5-Business-Day UPS and 3-Business-Day UPS. These delivery options are not available for personalized or custom items or shipments outside the US. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase and inform us of the problem before returning an item. Replacements are available for the same item or a comparably priced item.
